A small planning room above the Old Quarter traffic

The official registered business name is Sitewillowline Company Limited. The company was established in 2016 after two radio planners left operator staff roles and rented a room on Ma May Street to write expansion studies that committees could hold in their hands.

The first year was a handful of Hanoi rooftop walks for a tower company that wanted photographs to match its register. Word moved south along operator corridors. By 2019 we were binding atlases for fibre laterals on the Red River Delta ring roads, still from the same walk-up, with surveyors contracted in the province under study.

We stay close to municipal language: ward names, canal banks, rest-stop forecourts. The maps are drawn so a liaison officer and a radio lead can sit at one table without translating every label into engineering slang.

How we work with a client

Inventory arrives first. Field days follow only after rooftop keys and compound letters exist. We keep the same two planners on a study from kick-off to the bound atlas so the captions match the photographs. Values we hold: name the gap when a guard refuses entry; date every plate; keep English as a second caption, never the only one, unless the committee asks otherwise.

Vietnam as the working ground

Tet queues, flood-season roads, and Old Quarter roof clutter are part of the calendar, not decorations on a slide. When we travel to Ho Chi Minh City or a Mekong town, the fee letter states the extra field days before anyone boards a flight.
