How we quote

Fees follow the boundary you name

A study for one Hanoi district is a different letter from a highway corridor with rest stops. We send a fee letter after we see the site count and the travel.

Starting points we use in letters

Network expansion planning study: from VND 85,000,000 for a compact urban district with a current site list. Larger provinces are quoted after we count compounds and flood-season risk.

Tower and cabinet asset review: VND 18,000,000 per field day plus travel and, where needed, a local surveyor. A day covers a realistic number of compounds you can open, not an abstract tally.

District coverage mapping: from VND 42,000,000 for one inner district, including a wall-size print. Extra drive days for industrial parks sit on a separate line.

Fibre feeder and backhaul route study: quoted per ring or highway segment once we have as-builts or a honest admission that they are missing.

What moves the number

Rooftop density in the Old Quarter, military buffers, missing landlord letters, and Mekong travel in high water. Reprinting an atlas after the committee changes the boundary is a supplement, dated and priced on its own.

Deposits

We ask for forty percent on signature so surveyors can be booked. The remainder is due when the bound atlas is collected on Ma May Street or sent by courier you nominate. See refund terms for work already started.
