Terms

These terms apply when you commission Sitewillowline Company Limited to prepare a study, review, route sketch, or related briefing. By sending an inquiry and signing a fee letter you accept them.

The work

We deliver written atlases, discrepancy registers, photographs, and briefings as described in the fee letter. Licence filings, construction, and landlord negotiation remain yours unless a later letter says otherwise.

Intellectual property

Photographs and plates we create stay our copyright until the final invoice is paid. After payment you may use them inside your organisation and in committee packs. Republishing plates in a public tender without a written consent is withheld.

Liability

Studies rest on access you grant and inventories you supply. We are liable for care in the field and in captioning, up to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for capex decisions, municipal refusals, or third-party duct occupancy discovered after the study window.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. Courts in Hanoi have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be settled on Ma May Street.
