Refunds

These rules apply to fee letters for studies, field days, coverage mapping, and fibre route sketches. They cover deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows at compounds, and materials already printed.

Eligibility and timeframe

Ask for a refund in writing to hello@sitewillowline.click within fourteen days of the event you describe (cancellation, missed access, or a bound atlas you reject for a named defect in plates we created).

Full refund

If we have not started inventory review or booked a surveyor, the deposit returns in full.

Partial refund

Once field days or desk review have begun, we refund the unused portion after deducting days already walked and plates already printed. A started atlas that you stop for a change of boundary is billed through the work done, with a partial return of the remainder.

Non-refundable

Surveyor travel already spent, wall-size prints already plotted, and courier fees you nominated. Compound letters you failed to arrange, when we arrived as booked, are treated as a used field day.

Process and timing

We confirm the request within five working days and return money by the same method as the deposit within fifteen working days after that confirmation. Bank charges on the return sit with the sender’s bank.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Give five working days’ notice to move a field week without a fee. Shorter notice keeps the booked surveyor line. Flood-season road closures that we declare in writing move the calendar without penalty.

No-shows and access

If a guard has no letter and we cannot enter, that day is billed. We will try a later hour the same day when you can produce the letter.
