Cookies
A cookie is a small text record stored by your browser. This site uses them so your consent choice persists and, if you accept, so we can count visits in a modest analytics record. More on personal data is in the privacy notice.
Types
Essential: the consent key that remembers Accept or Reject. Analytics: a visit count used only if you Accept.
Table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| sitewillowline_cookie_consent | Stores Accept or Reject so the banner stays quiet | Until you clear storage | Sitewillowline |
| sitewillowline_visit | Counts a returning reader after Accept | 6 months | Sitewillowline |
How to manage cookies
Use the banner on first visit. Later, clear site data in your browser settings. Rejecting leaves every page, form, and atlas description usable. Third-party fonts may still be requested from Google Fonts when the page loads; that request is separate from the analytics cookie.
Impact of disabling
If you block all cookies, the banner may return each visit. Studies, fees, and the inquiry form continue to work.
