What we keep

Name, email, the study type you selected, the province or district you named, and the message. For commissioned work we also keep site lists, photographs, and marked atlas pages needed to finish the engagement.

Retention

Inquiry notes without a signed letter are kept for twelve months. Study files are kept for seven years after the final invoice, which matches how long operators ask us to retrieve a plate.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete personal data we hold, and to restrict or object to certain uses, subject to Vietnam’s data protection rules and any legal hold on a live engagement.

International transfers

If a visiting contractor reads a file outside Vietnam, we say so in the fee letter and limit the file to what that person needs for the field week.
